Qbox (QBX)

This guide covers setup and framework integration for servers running Qbox (qbx_core).

1. Framework Setting

In config.lua, set:

Lua
Config.Framework = 'qbx' -- or 'auto'

The bridge automatically detects qbx_core exports and interfaces with player duty states and groups.

2. Job Structure & Boss Detection

Qbox defines jobs via qbx_core/shared/jobs.lua or dynamic group systems:

  • finals_management inspects player jobs and verifies if their current grade has isboss = true or the group's highest boss grade.
  • On-duty and off-duty toggles synchronize in real time with Qbox player metadata.

3. Paycheck Integration Options

Keep the default setting in config.lua:

Lua
Config.AutoPaycheck = {
    enabled = true,
    mode = 'builtin',
    intervalMinutes = 10,
    requireOnDuty = true,
}

The resource handles timed pay accruals, duty validation, and receipt generation automatically.

Option B: Framework Mode via Qbox Player

If you want Qbox core to manage the interval timer:

  1. In config.lua, set:

    Lua
    Config.AutoPaycheck.mode = 'framework'
  2. In qbx_core/server/player.lua, inside the paycheck accrual logic:

    Lua
    exports['finals_management']:AddPendingPaycheck(player.PlayerData.source, payment, player.PlayerData.job.name)

4. Society Treasury & Vault Bridge

For Qbox servers using finals_banking, qb-banking, or Renewed-Banking:

  • Set Config.SocietyBridge.mode = 'finals_banking' (or your active banking resource).
  • Management tablet vault deposits and withdrawals will interface seamlessly with your society account.
