OX Core

This guide covers setup for servers running OX Core (ox_core) with ox_lib.

1. Prerequisites for OX Core

• Ensure ox_lib and ox_core start before finals_management in server.cfg.
• Database: oxmysql installed and operational.
• Recommended Banking: finals_banking for full treasury vault management.

In config.lua, set:

Config.Framework = 'ox'

2. Group Permissions & Grades

finals_management reads from ox_group_grades:

• Checks isBoss and bankAuth flags for the character's active group.
• Role-based permissions are cross-referenced with account_roles via accountRole (see ox_databse_reference.sql).

3. Metadata Storage

Employee metadata, including active Red Cards, assigned Badges, and On-Site post designations, are stored directly in characters.statuses:

• Key: finals_discipline and finals_onsite.
• Automatically synchronized across player relogs.

4. Paycheck System Integration

To route OX Core payroll through finals_management:

Or simply use Config.AutoPaycheck.mode = 'builtin' for an automated, zero-touch interval loop.
