Discord Audit Logs

To maintain strict operational accountability and prevent staff abuse, the Finals Web Panel includes built-in Discord webhook logging. Every administrative command executed through the web panel is formatted and posted to your designated Discord audit channel in real-time.

How to Configure Discord Webhooks

1. Open Discord and navigate to your staff server.
2. Go to Server Settings -> Integrations -> Webhooks.
3. Click New Webhook.
4. Choose the audit channel (e.g. #panel-audit-logs), give it a name (e.g. Finals Panel Audit), and copy the Webhook URL.
5. Go to the Finals Web Panel -> Servers -> Server Settings.
6. Select the Notifications & Webhooks tab.
7. Paste your Webhook URL into the Audit Log Webhook field and click Save Changes.
8. Click Send Test Notification to verify the connection.

Logged Administrative Events

The audit system records the following categories of events:

1. Player Disciplinary Actions

• Kick / Ban: Records the staff member who initiated the action, target player name, Steam/Rockstar license, reason provided, and ban duration.
• Freeze / Unfreeze: Notifies when a player is frozen or thawed for in-game staff inspection.
• Teleport / Bring: Records teleportations including previous and new vector coordinates.

2. Economy & Finance Modifications

• Money Added / Removed: Logs cash and bank modifications including exact amount, previous balance, new balance, recipient identifier, and reason.

3. Inventory & Item Operations

• Item Give / Remove: Details the item name, count, target player, and issuing staff member.
• Inventory Wipe: Emits a high-priority alert when a player's inventory is cleared.

4. Server Management & Resources

• Resource Start / Stop / Restart: Logs which resource was cycled and by whom.
• Console Command Executions: Records raw console commands dispatched via the panel terminal.
